Good to see Ben is still there.

I had a venue in 101. We did too well, the old bich in 203 had the cops on us everytime we tried to put on a show She had so many places closed down its criminal, she should get out & let people get on with thier lives.

It’s such a special place, there arent many places like it left in Sydney. I ran out of money fighting with the bitch. I consulted all the other residents before I put on an event, they were all very cool & friendly, she was the only one who wanted us shut down, when I gave her proir warning she just rang the cops in advance.

Sorry about the bitching but it still hurts, it financially broke me & atristically ruined me.
I’m just glad there are still artistic people operating there.
